Tips for a Glowing Skin

Starting early is vital, and I strongly advise that you begin your bridal skincare regimen months before your wedding day. Here are some home remedies for a bridal glow that are still working wonders on Asian skin.

1: Diet

External beauty is easy to get, but true beauty comes from within. which can only be achieved via proper nutrition. Eat green, yellow, purple, and red vegetables and fruits as they are antioxidants. This means that it's good for your face and body.

Include fish in your diet. Vegetarians should eat soybeans and tofu. Also, drink a lot of water at least three liters per day. Avoid taking caffeine like tea and coffee. It's the best time to quit alcohol and smoking.

3: Don't forget your lips

Visualize beautiful skin with dark and dry lips. Not a good match, right? We often forget our lips to nourish. I am going to give you the best remedy that 100% works for lips.

Dead skin cells on your lips restrict your lips from receiving the moisture they require. Using a sugar scrub to gently exfoliate your skin might help eliminate dead skin cells caused by chapping. Use petroleum jelly to moisturize your lips.

4: Body glow

Haircare is an important element of your pre-wedding preparations. Avoid washing your hair every day. Trim your hair. Use coconut oil with 1 capsule of vitamin E, this works well for all types of hairs. Onion juice is considered best for hair growth and shine.
